My Struggle Of Balancing School and Working out

Hey guys, this blog post is going to be a little different, because I’m going to be talking about a really big struggle that I’ve been having recently…

During quarantine I had a lot of motivation to workout, and I did and I started seeing some results, and I hoped the motivation would continue but sadly it hasn’t :(. I’ve had a relapse and one of the reasons was having quite bad mental health for a while which really unmotivated me to do most day to day things let alone work out. But once I got over that obstacle there was another one of school…

This year I promised myself I would prioritise my education and that’s exactly what i’m doing, thankfully I had a great start to school and my grades and good and I hope that continues throughout the year. But the only issue now is trying to incorporate workouts into my now busy schedule, right now I’m unsure of how to balance that as well as studying but I’m praying that as the months go by I will figure something out. But for now I won’t stress on it too much.

However I really do miss doing workouts and building up my strength and stamina as well as the endless other benefits like how enlightened my mood would be after it.

So I’m sorry to say but the fitness section of this blog will have any planned posts postponed for a while, because I don’t like being hypocritical and I would rather be real with you guys 🙂 hope you understand, wish you all the best !

I totally understand where you’re coming from it has been hard also for me too to do school AND workouts and not having it as a priority in our schedules it is hard to deal with. But I hope you know you aren’t alone!! I pray that your schedule will open up and you’ll find time to workout! ❤️ All the best with your school and workout! Xx

  2. Omggg I honestly understand!! I’ve just been a fit person for a long time but this year I decided to take part in a lot of extracurriculars so I haven’t had time to work out! So I downloaded a fitness app called Seven and it’s definitely help sch would definitely recommend!

  3. I understand this, I have currently started a new job and I have to balance that with studying for exams. It is hard especially when you have to try and fit everything in your busy schedule! I wish you all the best with this, and thanks for sharing!
