Dealing With Bad Mental Health

Hey everyone, hope you are all doing okay. Today’s post is going to be a little different. Usually i am optimistic and I try to just spread positvity but thing’s have been super tough for me recently and i’m struggling alot.

I find that i’ve lost motivation for most if not all things, i’m so disorganised when it comes to school work and i am disconnected from most my friends :/. Blogging itself is getting tough and less enjoyable due to all this stress, so i may need to take a break for a while so i can get back on my feet, rather than writing posts that are only half hearted.

But in this post i just wanted to talk about how it’s okay to struggle, i understand what it’s like to always be walking around with a heavy heart, and always feeling like you’re about to have a mental breakdown. Life is honestly really trash sometimes but we’ve just got to push ahead and see it through. I know what i’m feeling isn’t going to last forever but it is also tiring. It’s tiring pretending your circumstances are fine and that you’re okay, and it’s worse when you feel alone.

If you’ve experienced any of this then I am truly sorry. Just know that your not alone, take it one day at a time and make sure you have your priorities set out. I said it once and i will say it again. YOUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS MORE THAN YOUR GRADES!!!!!!!!

But if you’re having a tough time here are some things you can try do to help :

I’m going to keep this post short and sweet and end it here. I don’t like admitting im struggling but if we don’t talk about our struggles then no one will, and then people who need help will fail to seek it.

Keep your head up high! Love you all🌺

      2. Not good today. I just don’t know where I belong. I am midst of saving my relationship but it’s hard. I don’t know who I am. I moved where I had everything I needed and now I have nothing as I left it all for this relationship. The frustrating part is I don’t want to go and I know my partner doesn’t want me to go…I can’t talk to him? Everything I say sounds pathetic…it sounds like am feeling sorry for myself constantly. I don’t know what has happened to me here I don’t know where I lost the fight. Sending love to you…whoeve you are please know I care.

      3. Oh no I’m so sorry to hear that, honestly relationships can get tough and I hope your partner is being supportive and loving towards you, you don’t deserve anything less. And please make sure he’s giving back the same energy you give him or else it can just be exhausting for you and too much off a strain on your mental health.
Also remember it’s not just your job to save your relationship, it’s also his.

You’re doing great by sharing such kind of info. As a medic the one thing i k cleared about mental issues is, all of these can be treated without a psychiatrist. The one important thing that is needed to be during self treatment is, strong willpower. If there’s no strong will power then no matter how much we motivates you or encourage you, it’s always stands for nothing.

All of people with mental issues should need to focus on their willpower. And you can achieve everything without motivations.

    1. 100% agree with this. Will power and having your own motivation and self discipline is so important.
